This website, axn.com.au, is operated by AXN Commercial Pty Ltd (ABN 76 658 620 412), trading as AXN Health (“AXN”, “we”, “us”), of Unit 3, 14 Longford Road, Epping VIC 3076, Australia. We are a privately-held specialist healthcare group building clinical care brands for Australian patients.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

2. What this policy covers — and what it doesn't

This policy covers the axn.com.au corporate website only. It is an informational site about our group: we do not provide health services, and we do not collect health information, through this website.

Our brands and patient services are governed by their own privacy policies, which describe how patient and clinical information is handled:

If you are (or become) a patient of one of our brands, the relevant brand policy — not this one — governs your patient information.

3. Personal information we collect

Information you give us. This website does not currently include forms or account sign-up. If you contact us by email (for example at hello@axn.com.au about careers, clinician partnerships, press, or general enquiries), we collect the information you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and the contents of your message, and, for careers enquiries, any CV or supporting material you attach.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs when you visit the site — such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and timestamps — used for security, debugging, and keeping the site running. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy.

4. Why we collect and use it

• To respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• To assess applications and expressions of interest in working with us;
• To operate, secure, and improve this website;
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We will not send you direct marketing unless you have asked for it, and you can opt out at any time.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@axn.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@axn.com.au and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by phone on 1300 363 992.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add forms or analytics to this website, or as our group's services launch. The current version will always be published on this page with its “last updated” date.
