These terms govern your use of axn.com.au (the “Site”), operated by AXN Commercial Pty Ltd (ABN 76 658 620 412), trading as AXN Health (“AXN”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover this corporate website only. Our brand websites and patient services — including unpaused.health, hardi.health, and the patient portal at portal.axn.com.au — are governed by their own terms and policies.

2. The Site is not medical advice

The Site provides general information about our group and brands. It does not provide health services or medical advice, and nothing on the Site is a substitute for advice from a qualified health practitioner who knows your circumstances. Do not rely on the Site to diagnose or treat any condition. No clinician–patient relationship is created by using the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its infrastructure, or other users;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems;

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by or licensed to AXN and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and retain copies for your personal, non-commercial use. The AXN Health, Unpaused, and Hardi names and marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

The Site links to other websites, including our brand websites and third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep the Site accurate and current — including information about brands that have not yet launched — we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and forward-looking statements (such as planned launch timing) may change.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
